If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.
InFlow provides an AI-powered Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform that includes modules for financial management, sales & CRM, inventory management, HR & payroll, manufacturing, POS & retail, project management, and other business management features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice.
You agree not to:
You retain all rights to the data you enter into the InFlow platform ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data. We will only access Your Data as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, or as authorized by you. Upon termination of your account, you may request an export of Your Data within 30 days.
The InFlow platform, including its design, code, features, documentation, trademarks, and all related intellectual property, is owned by InFlow and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Services except for the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
We strive to maintain high availability of our Services. Specific uptime commitments and support response times depend on your subscription plan. Details are outlined in your service agreement. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, InFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless InFlow, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
